In his early twenties, Demna Gvasalia owned a vintage Mac that he wore all the time until someone stole it at a party. Designed in collaboration with outerwear experts Mackintosh, this gabardine trench is based on that exact same coat, but it’s been given a Vetements makeover with volume and oversized proportions. Some of the collective’s staff visited the co-creator’s factory in Scotland to ensure the most authentic craftsmanship.
